How we work

We don't start with AI.
We start with your business.

Before recommending a platform, model or automation, we understand how your business works, where people's time is going, what is getting in their way and where the strongest opportunities exist. Then we decide what should remain human and where technology can make a meaningful difference.

Step one · 30 minutes

Start with an insight call.

Thirty minutes with Jake or Ben about how your business works. No deck and no demo. We do this up front because the most expensive mistake in AI is starting the wrong project, and a conversation is the cheapest way to avoid it.

  • We hear where your people's time is going and what is getting in their way, from you, not from a form.

  • You get a straight answer on whether there is a piece of work worth doing. Sometimes the answer is not yet, and we will say so.

  • If there is, you leave with a clear next step and what it costs, in writing.

Step two · 5 days · fixed price

A Working Week.

One week with the people who do the work, on your own process and your own records.
Small enough to say no to, real enough to decide on.

  1. Monday

    The workshop.

Half a day with the people who do the work, not just their managers. We map how the work actually happens today: where it comes in, who touches it, where it waits, and what a good outcome looks like.

    • The real process, including the workarounds.

    • Where the time goes and which parts need judgement.

    • What we will build by Friday, agreed in the room.

  2. Tuesday to Thursday

    The build.

We build a working prototype on your real records and the systems you already use. Not a mock-up on sample data. Your team sees it take shape and tells us where it is wrong.

    • Connected to the inbox, CRM or shared drive the work lives in.

    • Checked with your team as it takes shape.

    • Checks and approvals in from the start, so it is safe to leave running.

  3. Friday

    Live on your own work.

The prototype runs on real work in front of the people who will use it. You see what it does, what it gets wrong, and where your people stay in control.

    • A working system, not a slide.

    • A straight account of what it got right and wrong.

    • A fixed-price quote in writing for taking it further, and a clear decision: go on, or stop.

Ongoing

A partnership.

Built into the systems you already use, then monitored, managed and improved by us. Larger projects grow from the same place: work that is already proven, not a proposal.

  • Judgement, decisions and sign-off stay with your people. We build so they become more capable, not more dependent.

  • We monitor what we built, see problems before your people do, and improve it as your business and systems change.

  • Once the first piece of work is running, the next opportunity is usually obvious. That is how larger projects start with us.

  • Every step stays fixed price. You know what the next one costs before you take it.

What you can expect from us.

  1. Transparency.

If the right answer is a simpler process or no project at all, we will say so on the first call.

  2. Fixed prices.

The Working Week is a fixed price, and so is what comes after it. No open-ended discovery.

  3. You stay in control.

Judgement, decisions and relationships stay with your team. We build so they become more capable, not more dependent.

What we do

Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes on an insight call with Jake or Ben. You leave with a clear view on whether a Working Week is worthwhile, and a fixed price in writing if it is.
