AI & Automation Solutions for Local Government
Every NSW council was asked to be AI-ready by 30 June 2026. Most now have a policy in place and nothing operating under it. A Working Week identifies the service where AI will make a measurable difference, and delivers a working pilot on it within five days.

The service consuming the most staff time.
We don't arrive with a predetermined use case. We identify yours. These are the services where a Working Week most often begins. Every decision a resident would expect a person to make remains with a person.

5 days · fixed price · quoted in writing
The Working Week, for a council.
Monday
Workshop with the service team.
Half a day with the people who handle the requests, with your AI policy on the table. We map how the service runs today and agree what will be operating by Friday.
Tuesday to Thursday
We build. Your team checks in.
Built against real requests and the systems you already use, with the approval points your policy requires in from the start.
Friday
A working pilot.
One real service, running, with every action it took during the week on record. Ready to present to the executive, with a fixed-price quote in writing.
Bring the policy to the workshop. We map each requirement to something operating by Friday.
Human review of decisions
Approval points where you set them. Nothing reaches a resident without a person's approval, until you decide otherwise.
Records and auditability
Every action and every question it asked, recorded in a form your records manager and auditors can read.
Data handling and access
Access is limited to the service in scope, and the list is reviewed with you before anything operates.
Transparency to residents
Plain disclosure where it applies, and a person reachable on every path.
Stopping and reversing
Any category can be returned to people-only, permanently, on your instruction.
One fixed-price engagement. Written to be approved.
Everything your GM or executive needs to say yes is in the quote: what the week is, what it costs, what it satisfies in the policy, and what you get on Friday.
One quote, in writing, before the week begins.
Scoped as a single engagement so it can proceed under your quote-based purchasing process. We confirm your threshold in the first conversation.
If it is the right fit afterwards, we build it into council systems and run it alongside the existing process until your team is confident. Your people retain sign-off.
